Can I interview candidates before hiring them?
Yes! We encourage clients to interview shortlisted candidates to ensure the right fit before making a final decision.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the candidate’s work?
Client satisfaction is our priority. If a candidate doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll quickly find a replacement and ensure the project stays on track.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No long-term contracts! You can hire hourly, part-time, full-time, or on a long-term basis, giving you full flexibility. Our contracts are simple and transparent for your peace of mind.
What happens after the AI + human interview?
If you’re chosen to join our talent pool based on your AI interview, it means your profile will be shared with U.S. companies hiring through our platform. However, please note that being added to the talent pool is not a job offer. Each company has its own hiring criteria, including specific skills, experience, and backgrounds they’re seeking.
What does being in the talent pool mean?
Being in the talent pool means your profile is being shared with U.S. companies recruiting through our platform. While we actively source new opportunities, it’s important to note that only a select group of candidates are hired from the talent pool. We encourage you to keep your profile updated and continue your job search to increase your chances of finding new opportunities.
When will I get opportunities?
If a U.S. company expresses interest in your profile, we’ll reach out to you with next steps. This could include an additional interview or a formal offer.
How do I get paid?
The payment structure depends on the company you work for. If the company processes payments through the platform, you’ll be paid weekly via Wise. If the company uses their own system, payment will follow their established process.
Am I being hired for Talimpact?
No. Unless we contact you about joining our internal team, our vetting process considers you for opportunities with the U.S. companies we partner with.
Are candidates ever charged? How does your business model operate?
No, candidates are never charged by us. We generate revenue by charging companies a recruitment fee when we successfully place a candidate, similar to how traditional recruitment agencies work.
